By signing up for or using ZeniGrowth, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

ZeniGrowth ("we", "us") provides a cloud-hosted CRM application available at <workspace>.zenigrowth.com. You ("the customer") use it under these terms.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime on paid plans. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance — we'll give advance notice for planned downtime. No SLA on the free trial.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel at any time from within your workspace.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
