By signing up for or using ZeniGrowth, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service
ZeniGrowth ("we", "us") provides a cloud-hosted CRM application available at <workspace>.zenigrowth.com. You ("the customer") use it under these terms.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One workspace = one customer. Sharing access with a third party requires our written consent.
- You're responsible for everything done with your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through any feature that sends email.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written agreement.
4. Trial and payment
- The 7-day trial is free and doesn't require a credit card.
- After the trial, your workspace switches to read-only for a 30-day grace period.
- Upgrading to a paid plan restores full access. Plans are billed monthly in advance.
- VAT is added where applicable (UK customers).
- You can cancel at any time — service runs through the end of the paid period, then stops.
5. Your data
- You own the data you put into the service. We don't claim any rights to it.
- We act as a data processor for your business data; you're the data controller. See our privacy policy.
- You can export your data at any time via the CSV exports built into every workspace.
- When you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days (in case of accidental cancellation), then permanently delete it.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on paid plans. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance — we'll give advance notice for planned downtime. No SLA on the free trial.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel at any time from within your workspace.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
